These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the dispatch services provided by Load & Go Dispatch LLC (“Load & Go”, “we”, “us”) of Harrisonville, MO 64701, and to your use of this website. By signing up for or using our services, you (“you”, “the carrier”) agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Load & Go is an independent truck dispatch service. Working on your behalf, we may:
- find loads that fit your equipment, lanes and rate requirements;
- negotiate rates with freight brokers;
- complete broker setup and carrier packets, and review and sign rate confirmations;
- stay in contact with you and the broker from pickup to delivery;
- prepare invoices, handle billing and submit invoices to your factoring company; and
- request and document detention, layover and other accessorial pay.
We are not a freight broker or a motor carrier. We do not take possession of freight, and we do not guarantee any number of loads, any rate or any level of income.
2. You approve every load
We will not book a load without your approval. When you approve a load, you authorize us to act as your agent to book it, complete the broker’s setup paperwork and sign the rate confirmation on your behalf. Once a load is booked, you are responsible for picking it up and delivering it according to the rate confirmation.
3. Your responsibilities as the carrier
- Keep your operating authority, insurance, registrations and licenses active and valid.
- Comply with all FMCSA, DOT and state regulations, including hours-of-service rules.
- Operate your equipment safely and keep it properly maintained.
- Give us accurate, up-to-date information and documents, and tell us promptly about delays, problems or changes.
You remain solely responsible for the transportation of every load and for your drivers, equipment and cargo.
4. Fees and payment
- Our standard fee is 7% of the gross rate of each load we dispatch for you, unless we agree on a different rate in writing.
- We don’t charge anything until you get paid. Our fee for a load becomes due only after the broker (or your factoring company) has paid you for that load.
- We may offer discounted rates for certain truck types or, in some conditions, for all trucks in your fleet. Any discount will be confirmed with you in writing.
- There are no setup fees, monthly fees or subscription fees.
5. No binding agreement
There is no long-term contract. Either you or we may stop working together at any time by letting the other know. Fees for loads we dispatched before that point remain due once you are paid for those loads.
6. Text messages (SMS) and consent
We do not send SMS text messages to any driver, owner-operator or carrier without their prior consent.
- Before we text you, we’ll ask for your consent — usually during a phone call, where we will ask whether we may send you text messages. We only text you if you say yes.
- If you agree, we may text you about available loads, bookings, pickup and delivery updates, paperwork and your account. We do not send marketing texts without your consent.
- Giving consent to receive texts is not a condition of using our services.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or email load1godispatch@gmail.com.
- Your phone number and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
7. Brokers and payments
We follow up with brokers and factoring companies to help you get paid, but we are not responsible for a broker’s or shipper’s failure to pay, delays in payment, claims, or disputes about cargo or service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Load & Go is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost loads. Our total liability for any claim related to a load is limited to the dispatch fee we received for that load.
9. Using this website
The content on this website is for general information only. Examples of rates and fees are illustrative; actual rates depend on the lane, equipment and market. Please don’t misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information through our forms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the new Terms.
